Hello there! 

I’m Jennifer, founder of Keystone Psychology, and welcome to my blog.

I’ve been thinking about this blog for…years…and it’s taken a global pandemic for me to finally do it!

The field of psychology is vast and it has helped me understand more about myself and the world around me. Combined with life experiences, I am really, truly grateful for the work I do in helping others.  I enjoy sharing insights and ideas – from music, food, and gardening to better sleep, managing stress, and even arguing more effectively…there are options and skills that can be useful in building a better life.*  I’d like to share what’s worked for me as well as what happens when things don’t work out.

I hope to encourage and empower you, the reader, to live and love well.  I believe we can be agents of change in our homes and workplaces, and it starts from the inside out.

So here’s to knowing ourselves better, and choosing to grow, heal, and connect more fully.
